Rentals at Santorini


To rent a car in Santorini you need an international or national driver's license, held by the driver for at least 1 year.
The minimum driver's age is 21 years for cars and depending on the model it could be 23.
Alcotests / police blocks are a regular thing all year round, especially in the summer season on Saturday nights.
Seat belts are obligatorily.
It is possible to organise a variety of events in Santorini & combine them with your own private transportation services.
On hire are large coaches for group bookings, as well as mini buses or private taxis.

Touring on the island by a moped is a popular choice.
Economical, easy to park and capable of navigating most of Santorini's volcanic terrain. However, not without risks.
If the driver/renter comes from a country-member of the European Union, a moped driving license valid in their country will be sufficient.

Drivers coming from countries outside the European Union, will need an international moped driving license.
Crash helmets are obligatorily.
