Boat tours and cruises

Visitors sailing into the flooded crater (or caldera) are greeted by dizzying cliffs with dazzling white villages plastered like dollops of cream on the sky hugging rim...

Boattours to the volcanoes :
Boat Tour volcanoes, Santorini The santorini volcano, in the middle of the Caldera, is one of the most favourite attractions of the island.
Imagine the hot steam and frozen lava formations...

Once arrived on the shore of the island of Nea Kameni, you can walk for one hour in a 'lunar' landscape to finally see the santorini volcano's crater and some holes where sulphur steam comes from.
But you will have to be very fit to do this.

The view, once on top, is breathtaking. The islands, the sea and the colours.
The legend of Atlantis...

Then, back on your boat, it will take you to the hot springs of Palia Kameni, where you can swim in warm sulfurspring water, very healthy for your skin.
After that, the boat will take you to Thirassia, the other craterwall-island, where you can enjoy a very nice lunch. The first restaurant you will meet is really special! Runned by the most dedicated people you can ever imagine; fresh seafood combined with an extended view on the bay of Thirassia.
Most of all, you will be impressed by the incredible peacefull silence.
Finally you can end this fabulous day with a visit to Oia, famous for the most beautiful sunsets of the world.

There is a large variety of daily cruises on special traditional sailingships.
Like the 'King Thiras': she will sail you around the cliff sides of the ancient
crater and bring you back in a world of Legends...
Longer trips are available.
While the sun creates colours and shadows on the white houses of Fira and Ioa, you can enjoy a delicious dinner on board.

There is a very frequent daily ferryservice from Kamaribeach to Perissa, and it will take about 20 minutes to get there. Perissa is well known because of its famous waterparks and its sandy beaches.
There is also a daily ferryservice from Kamari to the "red beach", a quiet friendly beach.
